Neighborhoods in Bloom is built around a simple idea: helping move neglected houses back into safe, livable homes in a way that benefits property owners and breathes life back into the community. It grew out of decades of working with distressed properties and the people behind them.
We are not a real estate brokerage. We are a community partner — one that believes every neglected property has a story to tell and holds the possibility of something restored, something renewed, something that gives back to the community it belongs to.
Structured as an Illinois L3C — a low-profit limited liability company — our organizational model reflects our commitment: mission before profit, community before transaction, dignity above all.
